5 Minutes Into the Now with the Codex

1. Choose one card at random from the Soulstream Codex.

2. Place it before you. Breathe slowly — in for 4, out for 6.

3. Let your gaze rest on the image. Don’t interpret. Don’t label. Just look.

4. As thoughts arise, bring awareness back to breath and card.

5. After 5 minutes, close your eyes and notice how your body feels.
